Workplace Advice Line

Our HR Consultant is a highly experienced Industrial Relations and Human Resources practitioner, with many years practical experience in assisting employers in a range of workplace compliance matters.

Let him use his expertise to assist you in your business and reduce risk exposure through unintentional noncompliance.

Understanding the Fair Work Act is as difficult as trying to get your head around the Tax Act and yet, as an employer, you’re supposed to be compliant and the penalties are severe if you get it wrong. He will be your 'go-to' person for all things 'people' in your business and remember - there is no question too silly to ask and please call before you act!

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

All participating Linda Christian clients will have the following services made available to them as an additional $100 per month to their Plan:

  • Initial 60-mins consultation call from our HR Advisor to discuss current status quo and to identify any pressing issues present within the business.

  • Ongoing access to general workplace advice and employment advice - via phone or email.

The following services are available, should you need them, on a fee-for-service basis - for all participating Linda Christian clients:

  • Employment Contracts/ Letters of Offer.

  • Award interpretation.

  • Payroll Outsourcing.

  • Unfair Dismissal Advice.

  • Letters/Documents Preparation.

  • Customised training in IR and HR Management.
